Tragic Early Morning Motorcycle Crash Claims Life in Farmington Hills
Man Dies in Farmington Hills Motorcycle Crash Near Founders Sports Park
Early Monday morning, a man was discovered dead in Farmington Hills following a motorcycle crash, police reported.
According to WXYZ, a woman came across the scene near the baseball fields of Founders Sports Park at the intersection of 8 Mile and Metroview roads around 5:50 a.m. She found the motorcycle crashed and the rider lying unresponsive nearby.
Police Investigate Circumstances: Rider Was Not Wearing Helmet
Emergency responders arrived shortly after and confirmed the man’s death. According to police, the man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Police do not suspect the involvement of any other vehicles. They are currently investigating whether drugs, alcohol, or speed were contributing factors in the incident.
